North Birmingham Community CU has recently been given permission by the Financial Services Authority to extend its common bond (catchment area) to include North Solihull (Kingshurst, Smith's Wood, Chelmsley Wood and Castle Bromwich) and parts of East Birmingham including the Bromford and Firs Estates and the Shard End and Hodge Hill wards north of the river Cole. Membership of the credit union is open to people who either live or work in the new common bond.

We hope to shortly announce collection points  have opened in these new localities however it is already possible to join the credit union either at the credit union shop in Erdington or one of the existing collection points listed on this website.
